Quality Control Process

Each order submitted goes through the following stages before shipment or rolling:

  1. File Approval: Our team checks your file for proper formatting, sizing, and resolution.
  2. Photoshop Processing: We optimize your design for the best printing results.
  3. Printing Stage: The design is printed onto high-quality DTF film with vibrant inks.
  4. Powder & Oven Curing: The transfer is coated with adhesive powder and heat-cured for durability.
  5. Final Inspection: Every transfer is checked for defects before packaging and shipment.

Reporting Issues & Resolution

If you experience an issue with your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package to be eligible for a replacement.

  • How to Report an Issue:

    • Provide your original file in its unaltered format (no cuts, no presses) so we can verify and reprint the order accurately.

    • Attach clear photos of the defective prints or any issues found.

    • Include your order number and full name in the email or call to expedite the resolution process.

  • Replacements Only – No Refunds:
    • We do not offer refunds, but we will replace any items that do not meet our quality standards.

    • A replacement will only be issued after verifying the issue.

  • No Returns Required:

    • We will not ask you to return the defective products before reproducing your order.


Shipping Responsibility & Insurance

  • Once an order is dropped off to UPS, we are no longer responsible for any damages, losses, or delays during transit.
  • However, we will assist you in filing a claim with UPS if your package is lost or damaged.
  • Each package is insured up to $100 through us, and sometimes more depending on the total order value.
