Quality Control Process
Each order submitted goes through the following stages before shipment or rolling:

- Powder & Oven Curing: The transfer is coated with adhesive powder and heat-cured for durability.
- Final Inspection: Every transfer is checked for defects before packaging and shipment.
Reporting Issues & Resolution
If you experience an issue with your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package to be eligible for a replacement.

Shipping Responsibility & Insurance
- Once an order is dropped off to UPS, we are no longer responsible for any damages, losses, or delays during transit.
- However, we will assist you in filing a claim with UPS if your package is lost or damaged.
- Each package is insured up to $100 through us, and sometimes more depending on the total order value.
