  • Rush Orders: For expedited processing, please contact our customer service team. Additional fees may apply.

2. Shipping Time

  • Domestic Shipping:
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3-5 business days.

    • Expedited Shipping: Options such as UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS Next Day Air® are available at checkout.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times and availability depend on the destination country and selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

3. Shipping Methods

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Flat Rate: A standard flat-rate shipping fee applies to DTF transfers and gang sheets. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping.
  • Expedited Shipping: Additional charges apply for expedited shipping options.

5. Bulk Orders

For large or bulk orders, please contact our customer service team to discuss customized shipping arrangements and rates.

6. Shipping Address & Reshipment Fee

  • Accurate Address Required: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of order placement. LimePrint.com is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Returned Packages: If an order is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the package will not be automatically resent. The customer must pay a $9.99 reshipment fee to have the order resent.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders

  • After UPS Drop-Off Responsibility: Once an order is dropped off at UPS, LimePrint.com is no longer responsible for any damages, losses, or delays. However, we will assist you in initiating a claim with UPS.
  • Shipping Insurance: Each package is insured up to $100 through us, and in some cases, more depending on the cost of the goods. If your order is damaged or lost, we will work with UPS to file a claim on your behalf.
  • Delayed Orders: While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen delays can occur. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
